Refund Policy

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it ships, free of charge. Just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us through the Contact page with your order reference number.

Faulty or damaged games

If your Money Mayhem game arrives damaged, missing pieces, or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind

Since each game is made to order, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped. If it hasn't shipped yet, see "Order cancellations" above.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid back to the same NZ bank account the original payment came from, within 5 business days of the refund being approved.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), shipping address, and any message you send us. This is only what's needed to fulfil your order or respond to your enquiry.

How we use it

• To process and ship your order
• To send you an invoice and order updates
• To reply to questions sent through the Contact page
• To improve Money Mayhem based on feedback

How we store it

Your information is transmitted securely (HTTPS) and stored only for as long as needed to fulfil your order or enquiry, plus any period required by NZ law (e.g. financial record-keeping).

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. It's only shared with the small number of service providers that help us run Money Mayhem (for example, our email delivery and hosting providers), and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service.

Your rights

Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us any time to make that request.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use only what's technically necessary to keep the site working, such as remembering your form input while you're filling it out.
